Leni's Role: Da'an
I first noticed Leni when I began to view "Emily of New Moon", but I went home to the States and forgot about her for a while.
Then in October of 1997 a new Television Science Fiction Series began called: Earth: Final Conflict. The promos looked great, so I decided to see it. Well for me, it was a mesmerizing event!!!! Leni and her portrayal of Da'an just absolutely took over the entire show!!!!
Soon I was surfing the net to see who this wonderful actor was. I came upon Tribune Entertainment's website and quickly went over to see about the cast. Well, they at first named Lisa Howard as "Da'an" and Leni Parker as "Lili". I remembered Leni's name and went over to look at "Lili's" photo!!!! Well she sure didn't look like "May Brownell"!!!! So I took a look at "Da'an's" photo. Eh yep!!!! After going over and over the features of her face, "May Brownell" began to appear!!!!
In about a month the error was corrected on Tribune's website.
Soon I was looking and looking for photos of Leni as herself. I asked for help on the message boards that existed at that time. I could not find one photo of her!!!! And finally in 1999 on her Fan Club website, I finally found photos of Leni Parker!!!
I began to see how I could create a website devoted to Leni Parker and her work, mainly because most websites only cared about "Da'an".
Now that "Da'an" will no longer be portrayed on "Earth: Final Conflict", maybe Leni's 'other characters' will be appreciated by her fans!!!!
I certainly hope that Leni will continue to seek out roles in the television and films industry. She has brought many hours of joy on the screen and she deserves to be recognized as a great actor!!!
Leni appeared in Earth: Final Conflict for 4 years. This episode "Decision" was the first one that aired to start the series. This is the "Da'an" that we first saw and loved so much.
